A patient came into Heritage Health after her husband had to begged and pleaded with her to get help. She presented with right sciatic pain and has had it for months. She did not think chiropractic care could help her since, since her PCP told her chiropractic does not help any medical condition. After talking with her and treating her for 15 minutes, she decided to tell me about another chronic issue she has been dealing with. 3 years earlier she injured her shoulder, her PCP examined her and then recommended she do nothing for the next three years and her shoulder should get better. After some more Chiropractic treatments her back pain is gone and the feeling in her arm and hand has begun to return. Do not trust every opinion you receive from medical doctors, always get a second opinion.
